I always
Talk too much.
Laugh too much.
Feel too much.
Hurt too much.
I am a sinner
I am romantic pessimist
I don’t cry anymore.
Sometimes
The well has run dry.
I am but a withered and weathered
thing.
I am diamond.
Now watch me sparkle.
It’s my time to shine.
Sometimes
I am an ocean of emotion,
and poetry is one
of the few ways in which
I am able to express myself.

Unity in diversity

Colors fall
laughter rises.
Hands, cheeks, hearts,souls
all the same,
we find unity
in the chaos.
Unity in diversity should be more than words.

I have the courage...

As fear lurks in my mind
every day
I quiver
Sometimes
Yes.
I have the courage-
I will rise
After every fall.
I will rise
and stand tall.

My identity is lost

Every moment I ask myself:
Who am I?

My identity is lost
in moments of doubt.
I  wonder who I am.
am I an example of how you should not be?
I feel so wrong
everywhere I go.

I seem
to never find happiness

I question it time to time.
