The Global Federation of Leadership and High Intelligence, with the support of FAU, at FAMEX 2025


The Global Federation of Leadership and High Intelligence, chaired by Veracruz native Jeanette Tiburcio Márquez, obtained excellent results with the help of its sister organization, the Acercándote al Universo Foundation (FAU) A.C., recognized as the leading space community in Latin America and the Caribbean, reaffirmed its position as a benchmark in the space sector during the sixth edition of the Mexico Aerospace Fair (FAMEX) 2025. The event, which marked the tenth anniversary of FAMEX, was held at Military Air Base No. 1 in Santa Lucía, State of Mexico, from April 23 to 26.

Leadership and Recognition

Dr. Jeanette Eureka Tiburcio, president of the FAU Space Arts and Culture Commission, played a prominent role during the fair. As founding executive president of the Global Federation of Leadership and High Intelligence and the Doctoral Senate of Global Leaders, she led the presentation of high honors to eminent individuals from various fields. She was accompanied by Fermín Romero Vázquez, president of the Space Development Commission, and other high-ranking members of the Federation's Senate Assembly, such as Dr. José Roque Quintero, Dr. Concha Valadéz Obregón, and Dr. Horacio Ramírez Solis.

Welcome to the New Doctors of Honor

During the event, new honorary doctors were welcomed to the Doctoral Council. Among those honored were figures from the aerospace, cultural, and political spheres, such as General Disraeli Gómez Herrera, director of the FAMEX Organizing Committee. The Global Leadership Federation is present in 145 countries and has 50 national presidencies, reflecting its institutional strength supported by the FAU and several prominent organizations.


Art Exhibition "Spatial Sustainability"

Dr. Tiburcio was also in charge of the curatorship and museography of the Visual Art Exhibition, where she presented her private spatial work under the title "Spatial Sustainability" as a visual artist and several guest artists. This collection, displayed in the Auditorium of Pavilion A, was presented in a gallery format and included works by artists from different parts of the country, primarily from the Azul Cobalto art collectives and the Global Leadership and High Intelligence Federation. The event was supported by Infinity City SpacePort, a premium sponsor of FAMEX since 2023.
